Poppies of Northern France
Our five week cycling trip of around 2,000km encompassed:
• One week on the Somme,
• One week visiting the villages of Herefordshire where the Morgans once roamed (my Great Great Grandfather was transported as a convict to Australia in 1835 from Allensmore, Herefordshire
• One week cycling the Moselle
• One week cycling the Rhine
War Cemeetries in Northern France
• One week cycling in Switzerland and visiting Luca
• One week cycling to Alp d'Huez and Annecy to see two stages of the Tour de France
That's six weeks - we'll be cycling very quickly.
