Ok, technically, the walk starts in Falmouth where we finished the first half of the SWCP in 2018. However, we would need to catch a ferry from Falmouth to St Mawes so we decided to start in St Mawes and walk to Portscatho on the first day - well it didn’t quite work out that way once we found accommodation in Portscatho started at £1,200 per night. It was an easy choice to have john drive us to start the walk in Portscatho, walk back to St Mawes, stay the night, then catch a bus back to Portscatho the next day. Easy!
